HCML has today appointed Health Squared Communications to take over all aspects of its marketing and communications agenda for the next 12 months.
HCML, the leading provider of professional rehabilitation case management and employment services, has employed the agency not only to raise awareness of the brand, but also to expand the business by working to increase it’s reputation further in the insurance, legal and corporate sectors.
The London-based agency will undertake all media relations and marketing activity, including production of corporate and sales literature, the development and up-keep of the HCML website as well as the consumer facing Rehab-Direct.co.uk, and will take on all sponsorship and event management work.
Helen Merfield, Chief Executive of HCML and winner of the ‘Outstanding Individual Achievement’ category at the 2008 Rehabilitation First Awards said: “The next five years are crucial to the advancement of the company. Health Squared has been working with HCML for several years on a consultation and support basis, and with their in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and contacts within the key target markets and the media, we feel that they are best placed to push forward the next phase of HCML’s development and cement our position as the market leader.”
Set up in 2004, hcml already has the largest number of in-house case managers in the UK and has worked with eight of the 10 major insurers, over 1000 solicitors firms and 1800 major employers from a wide variety of market sectors, successfully helping over 10,000 people.
