Owner and Head Coach

Ben Fox

Ben always hated any form of exercise and sport growing up. However, after two years of battling depression, the gym helped him overcome that depression and unlock new confidence, energy and health.

Ben pursued a career in marketing, getting his bachelor’s degree in 2010 but upon leaving university realised transforming bodies and lives was to be his true calling.

Since joining the fitness industry 12 years ago Ben has chased knowledge and experience relentlessly. Travelling all over the world to learn and work with the best coaches the industry has to offer. He combines this knowledge with a collaborative, straight forwards, supportive and none shouty coaching style to make sure you always get results.

Ben has a beautiful wife Amy, young son William and a second baby on the way. He loves DIY, fantasy/sci-fi novels, travel and hiking. Lifting weights in the gym remains his best medicine for battling depression to this day.

Lead Personal Trainer

Mutasim Huda

Mutasim (Mut for short!) completed his BA in Sports and Physical Education in 2020 after enjoying sport and exercise for most of his life. Football, cricket and athletics were always a huge part of his life so decided to pursue a career in coaching.

After finishing university Mut qualified as a personal trainer and has been training clients ever since. His bubbly personality alongside his hard work ethic has helped him adapt quickly into personal training. Mut’s lifelong experience of sport and fitness allows him to work with individuals from all backgrounds.

Rob French

A Personal Trainer for nearly two decades, Rob's life long passion for fitness has also seen him spend 10 years in the RAF as a fire fighter and special logistics officer.
Rob's eye for detail, personal discipline and supportive nature makes him an incredible asset to the team.

Rob's long fitness career and military background give him a unique experience. He leads by example and is an inspirational trainer to work with.

Administrator

Oana Gavrilescu

Born and raised in Romania country, Oana took a leap of faith and moved to UK in 2014. Oanais confident, reliable and enthusiastic individual with decades of administrative and customer service experience. She enjoys helping clients and loves to keep herself, and her workflow organised.

Without Oana, Health² wouldn’t be what it is today. She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes so that we can focus on providing the best Personal Training that Oxford has to offer. Her bubbly friendly attitude embodies everything that Health² values.

Oana is the perfect administrator for the studio because she also shares our deep passion for fitness. She strength trains at least three times per week and has been having Personal Training for the last six years – her technique is better than most trainers!
