Graeme has always had fantastic stamina and endurance, also playing football to a good standard for much of his life. So adding muscle is something he found difficult.

The programmes set up for me were challenging, but achievable with Ben’s help and encouragement.
Ben has made regular changes to the programme to ensure I continue to progress, incorporating new exercises and nutrition advice he has picked up from the various courses he attends. He was able to find alternative exercises when I had injuries so I could carry on training effectively, as well as offering advice on how to help recovery.
I am more aware now of what I am eating, portion sizes and that you don’t need to beat yourself up if you have a “bad” day, provided you get back on track as soon as possible!
This is the longest I have stuck at an exercise programme which is all down to the regular but varied sessions with Ben, which means I have not got bored and been able to remain focussed.
I now feel I have more energy. I have also lost 10lbs and, more importantly, I have not put the weight back on (which has happened before with slimming clubs and diets).
I have dropped from a size 14 to a size 10!!

Over sixteen weeks, he got his body fat down to 10% and added six KGs of muscle mass in the process, as you can see. We employed a mix of different training modalities to achieve this result as Shane was already strong in the gym.
One thing that allowed us to really dial in the nutrition and training plans to get this level of result was using Metabolic Analytics to measure his body fat regularly to optmise our approach.

The problem was, he'd run out of ideas and the information online had lead to paralysis analysis - he just didn't know what he should be doing.
