Complete one-to-one attention
Built for midlife
Strength that makes everyday life feel better
Women’s strength training at Health² is progressive, measured and entirely personal. You will learn how to train well, build confidence with resistance exercise and see what your body can achieve.
You do not need to be fit before you begin. Your coach meets you at your current starting point, explains every exercise clearly and adjusts the plan as you progress.
Feel capable
Build practical strength for work, travel, hobbies and the demands of everyday life.
Train with confidence
Learn safe, effective technique with a coach focused on you throughout each session.
Make measurable progress
Track strength, mobility, fitness and key health markers instead of relying on how training happens to feel.

Menopause and strength
Calm, informed coaching for a body that may feel different
Perimenopause and menopause can change how training, recovery and body composition feel. Progressive resistance training can help maintain muscle, support bone strength, improve physical function and rebuild confidence.
We make the process approachable. Your programme develops gradually, accounts for your exercise history and adapts around symptoms, injuries or other needs disclosed during health screening.
- Progressive resistance training—not random workouts
- Technique and loading adapted to you
- Support for strength, energy, confidence and long-term health
- Female personal trainer preference welcomed
Personal training is not medical treatment. If a health condition affects exercise, we may ask you to speak with your GP or another appropriate clinician before training.
Already enjoy Pilates or yoga?
Keep what you love. Add the strength stimulus you are missing.
Pilates and yoga can support movement, control and wellbeing. Progressive strength training complements them by giving your muscles and bones a gradually increasing challenge. We will help you add it without giving up the activities that already make you feel good.

Common questions
Before you enquire
Can I specifically request a female personal trainer?
Yes. Female personal trainers are available at Health². Select “Female coach” on the enquiry form and we will discuss current availability with you.
Do I need previous strength-training experience?
No. Many clients begin because they do not feel confident in a gym or are unsure what to do. Your coach will teach each movement and progress it at an appropriate pace.
Is the programme suitable during or after menopause?
Programmes are personalised and can support women during perimenopause and after menopause. We begin with health screening and adapt training to your circumstances. Where necessary, we may ask for medical guidance before you start.
Can I continue Pilates, yoga or other exercise?
Usually, yes. We will account for other activities when planning your weekly training so they complement each other.
What does the 12-week commitment involve?
You choose one, two or three coached sessions per week. Your package includes an initial Health & Performance Review, personalised programming, one-to-one coaching, training-app access and ongoing support.
